• CFM assigned to visit over 100 hospitals four weekly to fill up racks with patient leaflets that BOE print on behalf of their client and the hospital.

  • Leaflets ordered using reporting app to upload information as to how many and what leaflet. The name of the contact and how many racks are in store.


  • Account manager contacted CFM’s core team and booked all appropriate staff.

  • Staff were briefed  over the phone and via email. Email contained all relevant documents and briefing notes.


  • BOE continues to use CFM for vists and recently added more hospitals to the call file.

  • By using the same brand ambassadors they have achieved a great rapport with the hospital and they now expect visits every cycle.

  • Some of the hospitals were holding a lot of stock and it took some time, to get it down to a manageable level.
