BRIEF

  • ·       UTC Events specialise in creative design and co-ordinated delivery of flawless events nationwide.

  • CFM were selected to supply fun loving proactive Brand Ambassadors to interact with visitors at the Alton Towers Halloween Scarefest.
  • Free samples of Kellogs Snack Bar were to handed out to 6-16 year old.

Execution

  • CFM’s account manager selected experienced, pro-active Brand Ambassadors to work alongside UTCs own team during the event. 
  • An induction took place in the hospitality suite which included the parks health and safety regulations. The Brand Ambassadors were supplied with fancy dress costumes and make -up artists painted their faces getting them into character for the Scarefest.
  • Brand Ambassadors interacted with the children and their familys handing out free samples of Kellogs sanck bar. They were also encoraged to play an interactive game with daily prize.

results

  • Visitors the Alton Towers Halloween Scarefest  were welcomed by CFMs friendly Brand Ambassadors.
  • In the hospitality suite there was a 55” Tv and I pads the children were encouraged to play the Kellogs Squares game. Each player was asked their age range and the highest scorer was awarded an age appropriate prize. 
  • Client was very happy with the performance of the CFM Brand Ambassadors and made the following comment. Just wanted to drop you a line to say how well your team did. They were professional and very interactive.
