  • A key aspect of the Independent’s marketing activity is the placement of Point of Sale within retailers throughout the UK. CFM continued to manage the Point of Sale placement in 14,500 outlets, regularly calling on selected retailers to ensure compliance and prominent display of the Independent’s newspapers

Execution

  • Contact chose and maintained a national team of experienced staff to conduct regular calls throughout the UK.
  • Not only is the Point of Sale distributed to our staff and placed in the desired spot in store, the team also collect valuable audit information (stock levels, failed deliveries), including photographic data which is collated via our bespoke client reporting portal.

results

  • The Independent continue to grow their marketing opportunities with the support of the Contact team and the reporting aspect of the campaign provides the client with up to date information and a fully managed call file detailing where and when issues are occurring in store.
