• Thornton Ross is one of the largest OTC pharmaceutical manufacturers in the UK and exports to over 80 countries worldwide.
  • Zoflora is a regular sponsor of Crufts, attractions include a fragrance walkway and a 2m tall dog sculpture made from flowers.
  • The brief was to welcome visitors, raise brand awareness by familiarising them with the range and fragrances also to educate pet owners about the safe use of Zoflora around the home.
  • Showcase the NEW limited-edition fragrance ‘Very Berry’, sell products, and keep stock continually topped up. Customer data was to be collected expanding the newsletter database.


  • CFM’s account manager selected experienced, pro-active Brand Ambassadors with a love of dogs to work alongside Zoflora’s own team during the 4-day event.
  • Visitors were encouraged to try the ‘Stinkbox’ which had some nasty smells inside, and then shown how easily they were eliminated by Zoflora which created an increase in sales.
  • Data was collected and visitors’ details were entered into a “Share a Selfie “competition to win a 4* spa break. Brand Ambassadors also dealt with sales, stock replenishment and packing of complimentary gifts bags.



  • Visitors to the Zoflora stand were welcomed by CFMs friendly Brand Ambassadors, educated about the range and fragrances and the safe use of Zoflora around pets.
  • They were invited to wander through the fragrance walk, competition entry and data capture was brisk, and visitors engaged in the stink box game.
  • Our client was very happy with the performance of the CFM Brand Ambassadors and reported the stand was very busy and sales of Zoflora were on target for the show.
